Trouble shooting:
Problem
Possible reason
Solution
1. No soap is
sucked

a. More than 15 m outlet hose and NO
NiTO gun
b. Pressure on inlet less than 2 bar
c. Filter on suction hose clogged
d. Dirt inside the Venturi/
MiniSpray
e. Suction hose incorrectly mounted to
coupling nipple.
f. Coupling nipple incorrectly mounted
in the coupling of the MiniSpray
g. Dosing jet clogged
a. Suction hose incorrectly mounted to
coupling nipple
b. Coupling nipple at suction hose
defect
c. Spring inside nipple or coupling
missing
d. Ball inside nipple or coupling
missing
e. O-ring inside nipple or coupling
missing/defective
a. Check hose length and if a gun
is mounted
b. Ensure min. 2 bar pressure on water supply
c. Clean filter at suction hose
d. Dismount No. 1 of the MiniSpray (see picture)
and clean Venturi.
Do not use sharp edged tools.
e. Ensure that the suction hose is mounted cor
rectly to the coupling nipple.
f. Ensure that the nipple is properly pressed
into the coupling
g. Replace the jet
a. Ensure that suction hose is properly
mounted to nipple
b. Replace the coupling nipple
c. Dismount nipple or coupling and check
that there is a spring.
d. Dismount nipple or coupling and check
that there is a ball
e. Dismoung nipple or coupling and check
that there is an O-ring inside
