MiniSpray MANUAL
NiTO MiniSpray is a dosing system for wall mounting,
intended for spraying of mixtures of soap and water
or through a gun or wash brush (a flow handle with
brush).
Correct dosing is ensured by use of precision
nozzles/jets improving the efficiency and the
environment. The working environment is improved
as well, and less cleaning chemicals and higher
efficiency improve economics.
The MiniSpray has two built-in safety valves and is
approved according to the Danish rules for
connection to the public water supply without
demand for additional safety valves.
Function
The MiniSpray has a three-way cock for quick change
from closed (no water flow) to bypass (only clear water)
to dosing.
In connection with cleaning it may often be necessary
to end up with a washing with clear water. By means of
the MiniSpray you change from dosing to clear in a few
seconds with a single move.
Connection to cleaning material is made by a quick-
acting coupling. This means easy change between the
different products - and the MiniSpray can at any time
be equipped with further products. Of course dosing of
each product is made individually in accordance with
task and working conditions.
The MiniSpray is available in one version:
Low flow version.
Designed with a reduced flow (abt. 7 l/min) when
dosing and free flow when washing.
At dosing the water quantity is adjusted according to
use with gun and jet pipe or brushes with water flow.
