Depress tab securing ice maker harness and
disconnect harness (a 16-pin Molex supplies
power to the ice fan assembly, ice maker, auger
motor, motorized damper and the connection
to the ice thermistor).

Slide ice maker forward to remove.
Note:
while sliding assembly out tuck harness
against cabinet wall to prevent connector from
jamming and preventing assembly removal.

Remove front module cover with built in
off/on switch, by pulling outward on the sides
of cover.

Repair or replace ice maker.
6.
Reverse procedure to reinstall.
WARNING
To avoid risk of electrical shock, personal injury, or death, disconnect electrical power to unit using power
switch before servicing. Wires removed during disassembly must be replaced on proper terminals to insure
correct earth ground and polarization. After servicing, reconnect power using power switch.
