(2) Assembly for spraying
(1).Filling the liquid chemical: before
the liquid chemical, make a trial
spraying with clear water to check for
any leakage. Fill the liquid chemical into
the tank not too fast and not too full
The liquid chemical used must be clean
for avoiding any clogging up at nozzle
tip. After filling up the tank must be
covered tight with its lid. Filling maybe
carried out with the machine running
but only at low speed.
(2).Spraying: before using the machine,
check if the rocker is widely opens (see
fig.5). When carrying the machine on
the back, you can regulate the spraying
jet distance by adjusting the throttle
handle. Regulating the dust switch can
adjust the flow volume of chemical.
Open the liquid switch.Then work.
Close the dust switch after the spraying
finishes. Pay attention to
the following aspect when spraying.
Firstly Swing the nozzle as soon as the
spraying tap is opened. It is forbidden
to let the chemical spray only one spot
Secondly, in the course of spraying,
keep swing the nozzle leftward and
rightward so as to widen the spaying
area.The walking speed should be kept
in place with the rate of swinging the
nozzle so as to minimize or prevent any
