Avoid Unintentional Starting
Ensure that the switch is in the OFF position before plugging the compressor into the
mains supply
Turning the compressor ON and OFF
Use the red knob on top of the pressure switch to turn the unit on and off. Pull the knob
up to turn the compressor on and push the knob in to turn it off. Turning the unit on and
off from the mains supply only will result in damage to the motor and void warranty as
the pressure switch has an additional function to purge the air trapped in the delivery
pipe when the motor is turned off. This minimises the load on the motor when it is next
started.
Instructions for use of pressure vessels
The pressure vessel is intended only for the storage of compressed air and is intended
for static use in a horizontal position. It can be used in accordance with working pressure
and temperature, which is visible on the pressure vessel panel, and described in the
technical characteristics and further instructions.
Welding and heating of pressure vessel is prohibited!
Safety and control instruments (safety valve, a pressure gauge) are installed directly in
the high pressure vessel, and their operation and use are described in these instructions.
Maximum pressure is given in the technical data and the high pressure vessel.
Instructions for maintenance of pressure vessels
Before any intervention or maintenance of pressure vessels - it is necessary to free the
air from the vessel and close the flow of air into the vessel.
Welding and heating of pressure vessels is prohibited!
Periodically check the thickness of the sheet (the covering and bottom);
Covering thickness should never be less than 2 mm
Bottom thickness should never be less than 2 mm
In the construction of the vessel allowed corrosion rate of 0.5 mm was taken into
account
