5 Installation
Applies only for products with the “Mood Light” function.
Warning!

Touching live parts can lead to severe injury and even death.
•
The unit is designed to operate using 230 V 50 Hz alternating current. Installation of
product only to be performed by a qualified installer.
•
When carrying out work, make sure that the lead is disconnected from the mains and secured
against reconnection.

Live components that have not been fitted or fixed properly can lead to severe injury and even
death.
•
All electrical, electromagnetic components of the product and that are required for
installation (with the exception of the remote control) must be securely attached to the bath/
floor/wall in accordance with the installation instructions and National regulations.
•
To prevent injury and even death, this product and other Live parts must be securely
attached to the bath/ floor/wall in accordance with the installation instructions and National
regulations.
•
Other parts incorporating electrical components, except remote control devices, must be
located or fixed so that they cannot fall into the bath.

The power supply should be fitted with a cut-off switch which:
°
is placed beneath the bath in the neighbourhood of the control box.
°
must switch both the live and the neutral.
°
must have a contact opening greater than 3 mm in the switched-off position.
°
complies with the safety requirements of IPX5.
•
The electrical connection shall be protected by a 16 A fuse and be only supplied through a
Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) (can not be placed in zones 1, 2 or 3) having a
rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA (In= 25 A), Class A.
Important
Never put the product near or above heat resources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves
or other types of devices that produce heat.
