Tighten all water connection nuts if necessary.

If the temperature in the bathroom is low, the
water temperature can also be low at the start
of the wash.

Shower nozzle
Switch off your ViClean-I 100 and then switch
it on again after a few seconds.
Shower nozzle does not drive out
Check the service display and contact our
customer service.
Shower nozzle drives out too slowly
When the Lady or Rear wash function is
activated, the shower nozzle is cleaned for a few
seconds before driving out. This is normal and
not a fault.
The jet of water from the shower nozzle stops
suddenly
The wash is stopped after two minutes
and the shower nozzle then drives in again
automatically.
This is normal.
