6.2 Duplication of primary thermostat to secondary
ones (step 2)
This function copies the radio system configuration data from a
primary thermostat to the secondary ones.
The primary thermostat duplication procedure can be carried out
toward a maximum of 7 secondary thermostats.
Note.
The procedure must be carried out only in the case of multi-zone
installations.
1. Reset the Radio Transceiver Base Station of the secondary
thermostat before starting the duplication procedure.
6. Confirm. The display signals waiting with a rotation of the
symbol cursors.
7. If the Internal Communication Interface has been successfully
configured, the message appears for a few seconds, along-
side the network address of the programmed device.
Note.
This operation must be carried out within 15 seconds.
2. Place the primary thermostat near the secondary thermostat.
3. Select
from the “thermostat manager menu” on the
secondary thermostat (see paragraph 4.3).
4. Confirm. The display signals waiting with a rotation of the
symbol cursors.
5. Select
from the “thermostat manager menu” on the
primary thermostat (see paragraph 4.3).
6. Confirm. The display signals waiting with a rotation of the
symbol cursors.
7. If the duplication was successful, the displays of both program-
mable thermostats will show the message
, followed by the
logical address assigned to each device.
8. Press
on both thermostats to exit.
WARNING!
If an encoding error message
appears, it will be neces-
sary to repeat the entire duplication procedure.
