- Slide two of the removable feet away from the lower
section of the track (Figure 64).
- Replace the two fixing screws on the printed circuit.
- Turn the adjacent section of track upwards in a
normal manner and connect the spoon connectors
for the electrodes of load contact as well as for the
communication ones: red on red and grey on grey.
Bring the upper safety side and the terminal cable cap
towards the upper part of the track.
Fix together normally the two sections of track (Figure
65).
- Position the first foot (fixed) on the second step of the
stairlift, then position and loosely fix the second foot on
the stairs, two full steps below the track junction point
(or the end of the track for single section track) so that
there is play when the SlideTrack moves (Figure 66).
- Position the remaining feet on the steps and fix
them loosely to the stairway. The last foot must be
positioned two steps below the top of the staircase,
whereas the third foot must be placed as close as
possible to the joint.
The feet must be put as close as possible to the
staircase support (Figure 67).
