ii. depending on the track length:
- if the stairlift
does not reach
the end of the track
before the SlideTrack has completed its course, the
SlideTrack will stop while the stairlift will continue to
the end of the track;
- if the stairlift
reaches
the end of the track before
the SlideTrack has completed its travel, the stairlift will
stop and the SlideTrack will continue until the end of
the course.
d. Press the UP button and keep it pressed.
e. Watch the stairlift in operation. It should:
i. move up the stairs;
ii. depending on the track length:
- if the stairlift
does not reach
the end of the track
before the SlideTrack has completed its course, the
SlideTrack will stop while the stairlift will continue to
the end of the track;
- if the stairlift
reaches
the end of the track before the
SlideTrack has completed its course, the stairlift will
stop and the SlideTrack will continue until the end of
the course.
2. Sit on the stairlift:
a. Take the stairlift to the top of the staircase.
b. Push the lever down and hold it in this position.
c. Watch the stairlift in operation. It should:
i. move down the stairs;
ii. depending on the track length:
- if the stairlift
does not reach
the end of the track
before the SlideTrack has completed its course, the
SlideTrack will stop while the stairlift will continue to
the end of the track;
- if the stairlift
reaches
the end of the track before the
SlideTrack has completed its course, the stairlift will
stop and the SlideTrack will continue until the end of
the course.
d. Push the lever upwards and hold it in this position.
e. Watch the stairlift in operation. It should:
i. move up the stairs;
ii. depending on the track length:
- if the stairlift
does not reach
the end of the track
before the SlideTrack has completed its course, the
SlideTrack will stop while the stairlift will continue to
the end of the track;
- if the stairlift
reaches
the end of the track before the
SlideTrack has completed its course, the stairlift will
stop and the SlideTrack will continue until the end of
the course.
3. Turn off the power supply at the load contacts.
4. Repeat phase 1 and 2 above.
5. Turn the power supply on again.
