DYNAMIC COOLING/SILENT MODES
The Dynamic Cooling feature enables the relative humidity inside the unit and the
temperature to be distributed evenly around the interior so you can store all your wine
under exactly the same excellent conditions. If you would like to use the unit to store
wine long term, the dynamic cooling is a must. This will create a continuous climate in
the cabinet which imitates that of a wine cellar.
In the Dynamic Cooling mode, the interior fan circulates the inside air evenly until the
set temperature is reached. Dynamic Cooling is the factory preset mode. To change to
Silent mode, touch and hold the
UP
key for approximately
fi
ve seconds. The wine cooler
will beep three times to con
fir
m silent mode is on. To change back to Dynamic Cooling
mode, touch and hold the
DOWN
key for approximately
fi
ve seconds. The wine cooler
will beep five times to con
fir
m Dynamic Cooling mode is on.
STORING WINE
While bottles may vary in size and dimension,
approximately 33 traditional Bordeaux 750ml bottles can
be stored in your wine cooler with 5 bottles on each full
size shelf and 3 bottles on half size shelf.
Bottle capacities are approximate maximums when
storing traditional Bordeaux 750 ML bottles and include
bulk storage.
NOTE:
Wine bottles on bottom shelf cannot be longer
than approx.12 inches.
SHELVES
To avoid damaging the door gasket, ensure that the door is fully opened when pulling
the shelves out of the rail compartment.
The slide-out shelves allow bottles of wine to be viewed and removed more easily.
Any of the shelves can be removed to store larger bottlers.
For easy access to the storage bottles, you must pull the shelf approximately
⅓
out
of the rail compartment, however this unit was designed with a plastic post on each
side of the shelf track to prevent bottles from
falling.
When removing the shelf from the rail
compartment, make sure to remove all items first.
Then move the shelf to the position where the
notch of the shelf is exactly under the plastic post
and lift the shelf. In order to replace the shelf,
repeat steps described above in reverse.
DOOR LOCK
Your unit is provided with a lock and key combination. The keys are located inside the
plastic bag that contains the Owner’s Manual. Insert the key into the lock and turn it
counterclockwise to unlock the door. To lock the door do the reverse operation making
sure the metal pin is engaged completely. Remove the key and place it in a secure place
for safekeeping.
