5.9 Using the MOVE STEP Function
This function specifies the length of the step moved whenever a
POSITION
key is
pressed.

Press the
MENU
key.

Press the
NEXT
key until the following menu appears.
Note: ASSIGN PEN is only displayed for 2-pen models.

Press the
F4
key (MOVE STEP). The following menu appears.

The asterisk “*” indicates the currently selected setting. Press the
F3
key (0.1
mm) or the
F4
key (1 mm) to move the asterisk to your desired setting.

Press the
ENTER
key to register your setting.

Press the
MENU
key to return the plotter to Ready status.
This setting is retained in the plotter’s memory even when the power is turned
off.
