WEIGHT LOSS program is designed to maintain you at 65% of
your predicted maximum heart rate. The Treadmill has a three minute
warm-up. During the warm-up you will control both speed and elevation.
After 3:00, if you have not achieved

3 beats per minute (BPM) of your
target heart rate, the Treadmill will control the elevation to bring you to
your target heart rate. Once you are

the Treadmill will beep and the program time will begin to count down.
You will have control of the speed throughout the program.
