9.2.
Web Browser
This equipment may be controlled by use of a web brower via a network connection to the Ethernet
Control connector on the rear panel.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the interface works with all web browsers, we cannot
guarantee that it will be fully compatible with old versions or exceedingly new ones. As such, we
recommend using either IE (minimum version 7) or Firefox (minimum version 2.0.0.11). When the
interface is first accessed from your browser of choice, features required by the interface will be
checked and the status displayed.
Normally connection to the web interface would be achieved over a network, however it is possible
to directly connect a PC to the unit, however note that the Ethernet cable would need to be of cross-
over type if the PC Ethernet port is not autosensing.
