ACQUAPHI
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The producer guarantees that each
AcquaPhi™ device has been subjected to the most
stringent controls for both the quality of manufacturing materials used and the assembly
process. In addition to the legal guarantees provided by law, the producer will respond to
qualifying cases of legitimate product defect, providing repair or replacement of the defec-
tive part with no charge for the cost of labor or any required replacement parts (replace-
ment parts same or similar) but without reimbursement of the costs of transportation to
and from the producer or distributor, which will be borne by the consumer.
DURATION
Warranty benefits only the original purchaser and the same is therefore not transferable.
The warranty will be valid from the date of purchase shown on the receipt or invoice. For
any claim, the purchaser must contact the producer or distributor.
WARRANTY PROCESSING
Claims must be made within 8 days after discovery of the defect. The return of the equip-
ment must always take place with the prior (RMA) approval of the producer or distributor.
