NOTICE – Risk of Damage to Material and Property

The mains plug should only be connected to a plug socket that has been properly in-
stalled. The socket must also be readily accessible after connection. The mains volt-
age must match the technical data for the device (see the "Technical Data" chapter).
■
Only use suitable extension cables whose technical data is the same as that of the
device.
■
Switch off the device before the mains plug is pulled out of the plug socket.
■
Remove the mains plug from the plug socket if a fault occurs during operation or
before a thunderstorm.
■
Do not pull or carry the device by the mains cable. Always pull the mains plug and
never the mains cable to disconnect the device from the mains power!
■
Make sure that the mains cable is not squashed, bent or laid over sharp edges and
does not come into contact with hot surfaces.
■
Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
■
Never expose the device to heat, frost, direct sunlight, or subject it to impacts.
■
Keep the device in a dry place at temperatures of between 0 and 40°C.
■
Magnetism can impair or damage the functions of electrical devices, data storage
media and watches as well as credit cards and other similar items. Avoid contact
between such devices and the magnetic fastening of the device.
