Fixing / Releasing the Twist Plate
The twist plate (

) can be used to perform exercises on the device that include rotation
of the torso or body. The securing pin must be removed to do this.
Fixing:
Twist the twist plate so that the recesses in the twist
plate and the vibrating plate are above one another. Plug
the securing pin into the recesses and place the ring in the
groove in the twist plate.
Releasing:
Pull the securing pin out of the recess by the
ring.
IMPORTANT!
If the twist plate is not being used, it must always be fi xed in place.
Attaching / Detaching Expander Bands
Attach the expander bands to the device for advanced exercises for the muscles in your
upper body, e. g biceps or triceps curls.
1. Turn over the device so that the bottom is
pointing upwards. There is an eyelet (

) on
each side of the device.
2. Fold out the eyelets at the sides.
3. Attach the spring hooks to the eyelets.
4. Then place the device back on its feet (

).
The expander bands are detached in the reverse order.
IMPORTANT!
If the expander bands are not being used, always take them off and fold
in the eyelets.
Using the Device
PLEASE NOTE!

Stop using the device immediately if you start to feel weak or dizzy. If you feel
sick, have pain in your chest or arms, an irregular heartbeat or other unusual
symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
■
CAUTION – Danger of Crushing!
Never place your hands and feet between the
frame and vibrating plate while the device is in operation.
■
When doing the exercises, wear loose, comfortable clothing and non-slip trainers.
■
Ensure that you are properly warmed up before you use the device.
■
Start with the slowest vibration level and gradually increase the level of intensity.
We
explicitly point out that improper use of the device and excessive use can be
detrimental to your health.
■
Do not kneel, stamp or jump on the vibrating plate to prevent injuries and damage to
the device.
■
Do not stand on just one side of the vibrating plate. This would cause the device not
to work properly and it could tip over.
■
Do not work out on a full stomach.
