Mashed potatoes
Attachment (2)
1 kg of peeled potatoes
1. Cook the potatoes in salted water
until ready.
2. Put boiled potatoes into the bowl,
install the attachment (2)
and let it operate at medium speed
for approximately 1 minute.
3. Add hot milk to mashed potatoes
and continue operating for 1 minute.
1/2 cup of hot milk
Butter to taste
1 teaspoon of table salt
Whipped egg whites
Beater (3)
2 eggs
1. Separate egg whites from yolks and
put the whites into the bowl.
2. Use the beater (3) to whisk the egg
whites to a homogeneous mass, run
the beater at the maximal rotation
speed.
BEFORE USING THE MEAT GRINDER
ATTACHMENT
•
Wash all the removable parts (15, 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, 21, 22, 28, 29) with warm water and neu-
tral detergent, rinse and dry thoroughly before
assembling.
BASIC PRINCIPLES OF USING THE MEAT
GRINDER ATTACHMENT
•
The meat grinder attachment is intended for
processing foodstuffs and making homemade
semi-finished foodstuffs.
•
Make sure that the meat is fully defrosted,
remove excess fat and bones and cut the meat
into cubes or strips fitting the opening of the
food tray (16).
•
Slowly feed the meat pieces into the mouth of
the grinder head (17) using the pusher (15).
When operating, use the pusher (15) supplied
with the unit.
•
Do not use any other objects to push meat;
never push meat with your hands.
•
Do not apply excessive effort while pushing
meat or other foodstuffs.
•
Do not run the unit for more than 3 minutes con-
tinuously.
•
After 3 minutes of continuous use, switch
the unit off and allow it to cool down during
10-15 minutes before further operation.
•
After you finish operating, switch the kitchen
machine off by setting the operation mode
switch (11) to the position «0» and unplug the
unit; only after that you can disassemble the
meat grinder attachment.
MEAT PROCESSING
•
Remove the lid (14) upwards.
•
Install the meat grinder head (17) into the instal-
lation place and turn it counterclockwise until
fixing “ ”.
•
Install the screw conveyor (18) into the meat
grinder head (17).
•
Set the cross knife (19) on the screw conveyor (18).
•
Select one required plate (20 or 21) and set it
over the knife (19), matching the ledges on the
plate (20 or 21) with the grooves on the meat
grinder head body (17), wind and tighten the nut
(22) (pic. 2).
Attention!
–
Face the knife with the cutting side to the plate.
If the knife is installed improperly, it will not grind
the foodstuffs.
–
The coarse-cutting plate (21) is for process-
ing raw meat, vegetables, dried fruit, cheese,
fish, etc.
–
The fine-cutting plate (20) is suited for process-
ing both raw and cooked meat, fish etc.
•
Place the food tray (16) on the mouth of the meat
grinder head (17).
•
During the operation use only the pusher (15)
(pic. 3).
Note:
–
For better meat processing, slice it in cubes or
stripes. Defrost frozen meat completely.
–
During the operation use only the pusher (15)
supplied with the unit; do not use any other
objects, never push meat with your hands.
•
Place a suitable container under the meat
grinder head (17).
