1 kg of peeled potatoes
1.
Cook the potatoes in salted water until ready.
2.
Put boiled potatoes into the bowl, install the
attachment (2) and let it operate at the speed
1-2 for approximately 1 minute.
3.
Add hot milk to mashed potatoes and continue
operating at the speed 3 for 3-4 minutes.
1/2 cup of hot milk
Butter to taste
1 tea spoon of kosher salt
Whipped egg

Beater (3)
2 eggs
1.
Separate the whites and the yolks of at least
3 eggs and put the whites into the bowl.
2.
Use the beater (3), whisk the egg whites
to the homogeneous mass, operate
at the speed 5-6 for 3-5 minutes.
