approximately equal slices.
•
Remove stems from herbs, peel the nuts.

Set the knife (8) on the axis of the chopper
bowl (9).
−
Put the products into the chopper bowl (9).
−
Put the lid-gear (7) on the bowl (9).
−
Put the motor unit (2) into the lid-gear (7),
matching the arrows on the motor unit (2)
and the lid-gear (7), turn the motor unit (2)
clockwise until bumping.

Select the required speed of the chopping
knife rotation, by pressing and holding the
corresponding button
(4) “I” or (3) “II”.
−
During operation hold the motor unit (2) with

sequence of operations.
Cleaning
ATTENTION! The blades of the chopping
knife (8) are very sharp and dangerous.
Handle the knife (8) very carefully!
−
Unplug the unit before cleaning.
−
Disconnect the attachment.
−
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor
unit (2) and the gears (7, 10).
−
After processing of salty and sour products it
is better to rinse the knife (8) or the blender-
attachment (1) with water.
−
While possessing products with strong dyeing
properties (for instance carrot or beet-root)
the bowls or the attachments can get colored,
wipe the attachments or the bowls using a
cloth, dampened in plant oil.
−
Wash the attachments (1, 8, 11), the chopper
bowl (9) and the bowl (12) in warm soapy
water, rinse and dry.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (2) AND THE
GEARS (7, 10) INTO ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH
THEM UNDER A WATER JET OR IN A DISH WASH
MACHINE.
