DEEP FRYER
The deep fryer is intended for frying different food
(mostly potatoes, vegetables, meat, fish, dough,
mushrooms) in hot fat or vegetable oil (frying fat).

SAFETY MEASURES
Read this instruction manual carefully before using
the deep fryer and keep it for the whole operation
period. Use the unit for intended purposes only, as
specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit can
lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or
damage to his/her property.
•
Before plugging the unit in make sure that the
operating voltage of the unit corresponds to volt-
age of your mains.
•
Power cord is equipped with “euro plug”; plug it
into the socket with reliable grounding contact.
•
To avoid fire do not use adapters for connecting
the unit to the mains.
•
To avoid risk of fire or electric shock do not use
adapters for connecting the unit to the mains.
•
Place the unit on a flat, stable heat-resistant sur-
face with free access to the mains socket.
•
Use the unit in places with proper ventilation. To
avoid fire never place the unit near blinds or cur-
tains and do not cover it during operation.
•
Do not place the unit near inflammable sub-
stances, carton, paper and plastic.
•
Do not let the power cord hang from the table
or come in contact with hot surfaces or sharp
edges of kitchen furniture.
•
Do not use the unit outdoors.
•
Do not switch the unit on if there is no oil in the
bowl.
•
Never leave the unit unattended, when it is op-
erating and when the frying oil hasn’t cooled off.
•
To avoid burns by hot steam, do not bend over
the unit.
•
Do not leave the deep fryer lid open during op-
eration.
•
Be careful: the unit body heats up strongly dur-
ing operation, do not touch hot surfaces.
•
Ensure that oil level in the deep fryer is not be-
low the minimal mark and not above the maxi-
mal mark.
•
When operating with hot oil use only heat-re-
sistant kitchen tools with thermally insulated
handles.
•
Never pour out hot oil, let it cool off.
•
If possible, put dry ingredients into the deep
fryer, as even if little moisture gets into hot oil, it
will lead to splashing of oil.
•
Do not overload the unit with products. It may
lead to their burning.
•
In case of oil burning, unplug the unit and cover
it with a thick, non-burning cloth if possible.
NEVER POUR WATER ON FIRE!
•
Do not move the unit until the frying oil cools
down completely. Use handles on the body of
the unit to carry it.
•
Unplug the unit before cleaning or when you do
not use it.
•
When disconnecting the power plug, do not pull
the cord but hold the plug with your hand.
•
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands.
•
Do not use the unit next to a kitchen sink; do not
expose it to moisture.
•
To avoid electric shock do not immerse the
power cord, the power plug or the unit itself in
water or any other liquids. If it happened DO
NOT TOUCH the unit, unplug it immediately and
only after that you may take the unit out of water.
Apply to the authorized service center for testing
and repairing the unit.
•
Check power cord and plug integrity periodi-
cally.
•
You must not use the unit when the power plug or
cord is damaged, when the unit malfunctions or
after it was dropped. Do not try to repair the unit
by yourself. Contact an authorized service cen-
ter for all repair issues.
•
This unit is not intended for usage by children or
disabled persons.
•
This unit is not intended for usage by children

by a person who is responsible for their safety
on safety measures and information about dan-
ger that can be caused by improper usage of
the unit.
