MINI-OVEN (roaster) VT-2493
The word «roaster» is derived from «to roast». You
can use the roaster to cook fish, meat or pastry, to
heat up or defrost food.
Two heating elements provide fast and effective
heating, convection mode provides hot air circula-
tion inside the process chamber, and you can as well
roast poultry on the skewer supplied with the unit.

Attention!
For additional protection you can install a residual
current device with nominal operation current not
exceeding 30 mA into the mains of the kitchen;
contact a specialist for installation.
SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the mini-oven read this instruction
manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Use the mini-oven for intended purpose only, as it is
stated in this instruction manual. Mishandling of the
mini-oven can lead to its breakage and cause harm
to the user or damage to his/her property.
To avoid burns, electric shock, fire and per-
sonal injury:
•
Before switching the mini-oven on for the first
time, make sure that the voltage in your mains
corresponds to the operating voltage of the unit.
•
The power cord is equipped with a «euro plug»;
plug it into the socket with reliable grounding
contact.
•
To avoid fire, do not use adapters for connecting
the unit to the mains.
•
The unit is intended for preparing or heating
up products and not intended for laboratory or
commercial use.
•
Do not keep and do not use the unit outdoors.
•
Do not use the unit near containers filled with
water, next to a kitchen sink, in wet basements
or near a swimming pool.
•
Preparing of food with extremely low moisture
content may lead to scorching or burning of the
products.
•
In case of fire:

Do not open the mini-oven door.
–
Switch unit off and unplug the power cord
plug from the mains socket.
–
Keep the door closed to avoid spreading
of fire.
•
Do not use oven cavity for storage of products;
do not leave paper or food inside it.
•
Clean the unit regularly. Occasional care may
lead to degradation of the mini-oven exterior and
negatively affect its performance and also consti-
tute a risk of danger while further use.
Attention! Outer and inner surfaces of the unit get
very hot during operation. Do not touch hot surfaces
of the unit, use oven mittens or potholders.
•
Use heat-resistant cookware intended for ovens.
Do not put plastic or paper bags and other simi-
lar packages into the mini-oven.
•
Never leave the operating unit unattended.
•
For children safety reasons do not leave poly-
ethylene bags, used as packaging unattended.
Attention! Do not allow children to play with poly-
ethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suf-
focation!
•
Close supervision is necessary when children or
disabled persons are near the operating unit.
•
The unit is not intended to be used by peo-
ple with physical, sensory or mental disabilities
(including children) or by persons lacking expe-
rience or knowledge if they are not under the
supervision of a person who is responsible for
their safety or if they are not instructed by this
person on the usage of the unit.
•
Do not leave children unattended to avoid them
using the unit as a toy.
•
Do not block ventilation openings of the mini-
oven body and do not cover the unit during
operation.
•
Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and
power plug into water and other liquids.
•
Make sure that the power cord and the plug do
not touch hot surfaces and sharp edges of fur-
niture.
•
When unplugging the unit, pull the power plug
but not the cord.
•
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands as it
may lead to electric shock.
