•
Use the unit only on healthy undyed and not permed
hair or use it along with special hair straightening
products.
•
If your hair has been dyed or permed, use the unit rarely.
•
For the best results the hair should be clean and dry.
•
Put the unit on a flat steady and heat-resistant surface.
•
Insert the plug into the socket, switch the unit on by set-
ting the power switch (3) to the position «I», the power
indicator (2) will light up.
Note:
During the first operation some smell from the heat-
ing element is possible, this is normal.
•
Let the unit heat up.
•
Divide combed hair into locks of equal width (about 5 cm).
•
Place the hair lock between the plates (1).
•
Hold the unit by its handle (4).
•
Press a lock of hair between the heating plates (1) near
the hair roots, press the plates together and create curls
throughout the hair length.
•
Do not slide the unit throughout the hair lock length,
just press the heating plates (1) together to crimp hair.
IMPORTANT:
under no circumstance let the plates remain
in the same area of the hair lock for more than 2-3 seconds.
•
After that start styling the next hair lock.
•
Cool your hair down before final styling or applying hair
spray.
•
Avoid contact of heated surfaces with your face, neck
and other parts of your body.
•
After use set the power switch (3) to the position «O»,
the indicator (2) will go out; then take the power plug
out of the socket. Let the unit cool down.
Note:
– Always switch the unit off and unplug it if it is not used.
– Never leave the unit connected to the mains unattended.
CLEANING AND CARE
•
Before cleaning, unplug the unit and let it cool down
completely.
•
Never immerse the unit into water or any other liquids.
•
Wipe the unit body with a soft, slightly damp cloth and
then wipe the unit body dry.
•
Do not use abrasives and solvents to clean the unit.
