OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Internal power source of the unit (batter-
ies)
Installing batteries
In this radio receiver 3 batteries of R20 type
(size D 1,5В) are used. When inserting new
batteries, follow the polarity strictly, as shown
inside the battery compartment (11).
• Open the battery compartment lid (11) and
insert 3 batteries.
• Close the battery compartment lid hav-
ing ensured that the batteries are installed
safely and properly in their place.
Now the unit is ready for operation.
Note:
Do not use batteries of different types
together, for instance alkaline and zink-
carbonate. Use only batteries of the same
type.
When replacing batteries, do not use new
and old batteries together.
When the operation of the unit is unsta-
ble, check the batteries and replace them
if necessary.
If the unit is not used for a long time, re-
move the batteries.
Improper use of batteries can lead to
leakage of the electrolytic liquid and dam-
age of the unit.
