USING THE KITCHEN MACHINE
–
Before installing the attachments make sure
that the operation mode switch (12) is set to the
position «0» and the plug is not inserted into the
mains socket.
–
Hold the motor unit (9) with your hand, press and
hold the button (10), the motor unit (9) will be
fixed in the upper position.
–
Place the bowl (6) on the installation place (8)
and turn it clockwise as far as it will go.
–
Install the bowl lid (5).
–
Install one of the attachments (1, 2 or 3) on the
shaft (7), slightly press the attachment upwards
and turn the attachment counterclockwise as
far as it will go. Make sure that the attachment
is fixed properly.
–
Put the necessary ingredients into the bowl (6).
–
Press and hold down the button (10), pressing
on the upper part of the motor unit (9), set it to
the operating position and release the button
(10). Make sure the motor unit (9) is fixed prop-
erly in the operating position.
Note: there is an opening in the lid (5) for adding
ingredients during the kitchen machine operation.

Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
–
Switch the kitchen machine on by turning the
operation mode switch (12), set the required
attachment rotation speed (see the chapter
“ATTACHMENTS”).
Note: maximal continuous operation time of the
kitchen machine is no more than 5 minutes. After
2 operation cycles make at least a 10-15 minutes
break before switching on again.

After you finish the unit operation, set the oper-
ation mode switch (12) to the position «0» and
unplug the unit.

Hold the motor unit (9) with your hand, press and
hold the button (10), the motor unit (9) will be
fixed in the upper position.
–
Remove the installed attachment turning it
clockwise.
–
Remove the bowl lid (5).
–
Remove the bowl (6) by turning it counter-
clockwise.
–
Remove the ingredients from the bowl (6) with
the spatula (4).
–
Wash the attachment, the spatula (4) and the
bowl (6) with warm water and neutral detergent,
rinse them and dry.
CLEANING AND CARE
–
Switch the unit off and unplug it.
–
Wash the attachments (1, 2 or 3), the bowl (6)
and the spatula (4) with warm water and a neu-
tral detergent, then dry them.
–
Clean the motor unit (9) and the base (11) with a
soft, slightly damp cloth, and then wipe them dry.
–
Do not immerse the kitchen machine, the power
cord and the power plug into water or any other
liquids.
–
Provide that no water or detergent gets inside
the motor unit (9) or into the connection between
the motor unit (9) and the base (11).
–
Use neutral detergents and cleaning agents to
remove dirt; do not use metal brushes, abrasive
detergents and solvents.
–
You can wash the bowl and the beater in a dish-
washing machine
STORAGE
–
Clean the unit.
–
Keep the unit out of reach of children and dis-
abled persons.
RECIPES
Oatmeal cookie
dough
Attachment (1)
2 cups of flour
1.
Sift out flour through the sift strainer, add to it
soda, salt and cinnamon.

Mix together the margarine, sugar, eggs and
vanilla extract in the bowl at the speed 1-2 for
1 minute.
3.
Add milk and half of the flour, continue mixing
at the speed 1-2 for 1 minute.
4.
Add the remaining flour and mix for 1 minute.
5.
Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts and mix
at the speed 3 for 3-4 minutes.
1 tea spoon of soda
1 tea spoon of salt
1-1/2 tea spoon of ground
cinnamon
2 cups of instant oats
1 cup of melted margarine
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
3/4 cups of brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 tea spoon of vanilla extract
1/3 cup of milk
1 cup of chocolate chips
3/4 cups of chopped nuts
