successful process is no draughts and maintenance of
constant tem perature (about 40°C), w hich is maintained
in «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs.
Recipe of th e dough:
400 g. flour.
350 ml milk (can be mixed with water)
Salt
Sugar
1.5 teaspoons yeast powder
1.5 tablespoons butter

Mix all dry ingredients then add milk. Knead th o r
oughly and put it into the bowl (12).
•
Pressing the button (15) «MENU» consequently, se
lect the «Yogurt» o r «Multicook» mode.

Set the cooking duration 1 hour (see chapter «Use
of the multicooker»).

Press the button (17) «START».
N o te : For the best result do no t open the m ultico oker
lid (5) till the program is finished.
CLEANING AND CARE
•
Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
•
Clean the unit body (2) and lid (5) with a slightly
damp cloth, and then wipe dry.
•
Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge and a
neutral detergent, then rinse.
•
Dry the steam valve lid (6) and the protection screen

thoroughly before installing them back to their
places.
•
Do not place the bowl (12) in the dishwashing ma
chine.
•
Wipe the surface of the heating element (only when
it is cold), never let w ater get inside the unit body.
•
Do not immerse the unit body, power cord and plug
into the w ater or other liquids.
•
Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents fo r
washing of the unit and accessories.
