Watch the cooking process and switch the
m ulticooker o ff when the food is ready. Do not
leave the unit unattended.
- Do not open the lid (4 ) during «Baking» p ro
gram operation.
- In the «Roasting» program the unit operates
sim ilarly to a kitchen stove, watch the coo k
ing process.
- Do not leave the lid o f the unit during operation
open except the «Fondue» and «Roasting»
programs.
- To avoid scorching products switch the keep
warm function o ff a fte r «Baking» program
ending.
- Attention! Do n ot move the m ulticooker
during operation in the «Yogurt» and
«Cottage cheese» program.
- See recipes o f dishes in the recip e book
(supplied with the unit). All recipes are
to b e taken as recom m endations as the
required am ount and proportions o f the
ingredients m ay vary depending on local
peculiarities o f the food and altitude
above sea level.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
In case o f unit transportation o r storage
under cold (winter) conditions, it is n ece s
sary to keep it fo r a t le a s t two hours a t room
tem perature befo re switching on.
- Unpack the u it, remove any stickers and
package materials that can prevent m ulti
cooker operation.
- Place the multicooker on the flat, heat-resis
tant surface away from all kitchen heat sources
(gas cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
- Place the multicooker keeping at least 20 cm
gap between the multicooker body and the
wall and 30-40 cm gap above the unit.
- Do not place the multicooker close to the
objects that can be damaged by the released
steam of high temperature.

Attention! Do n o t p la ce the unit n e a r bath
tubs, kitchen sinks o r o th e r containers filled
with water.
- Open the lid (4) by pressing the button (5).
- Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge
and a neutral detergent: bowl (11), steam
cooking basket (21), soup ladle (22), spatula
(23), measuring cup (24) and cups with lids
(25). Then rinse them under running water
and dry.
- Remove the protection screen (13) by press
ing the clam ps on the bottom part o f the
screen. Wash the screen with warm water and
neutral detergent, rinse and dry it thoroughly.
Insert the ledge on the upper part o f the pro
tection screen into the groove on the lid (4),
press on the bottom part of the screen until
the clamps click.
- Clean the unit body with a damp cloth, then
wipe it dry.
USING THE MULTICOOKER
1. Put the food into the bowl (11) following the
recipe (see the recipe book).
N ote: M ak e sure th at the level o f ingredients
and liquids does n ot exceed the m axim al
m ark «10» and is n o t low er than the minimal
m ark «2». M axim al level m ark fo r porridges
(ex ce p t rice) is «8».
GENERAL EXAMPLE OF RICE LOADING
Measure rice with the measuring cup (24) (one
measuring cup is equal to approxim ately 160 g of
rice), wash it and p u t in the casserole.
The water level required fo r a certain am ount of
rice is given on the scale inside the bow l (11):
rice — «RICE», water level in cups — «CUP». Pour
w ater up to the corresponding mark.
Exam ple: A fte r putting four m easuring cups o f
cereal, p o u r water till the m ark «4 CUP» (cups).
For liquid porridges it is recommended to use
rice and water in the proportion 1:3.
