mode or during cooking, press and hold down
the STOP button (20) for 3 seconds.

19. To switch the keep warm function off, press
the «KEEP WARM» button (20), the symbol
■■ will go out.
20. To switch the keep warm function on again,
press the «KEEP WARM» button (20) again.

21. Sound signals will inform you that the cook
ing is finished.
22. If the keep warm function is available for the
selected program and it has not been switched
off, the unit will be automatically switched to
the keep warm mode. The operation time in
this mode will be shown on the display (3).
23. To switch the keep warm mode off, press the
«STOP» button (20).
24. Unplug the unit.
25. Open the lid (4) by pressing the button (5). Put
on potholders and remove the bowl (11) taking
it by the handles (12).
Notes:
Despite the unit keeps the re ad y dish warm
fo r 2 4 hours, it is n o t recom m ended to leave
the cooked food in the bowl fo r a long time,
b ecause this m ay spoil the food.
Do n ot use the keep warm function fo r h e a t

During the first operation o f the m ulti
cooker, som e foreign sm ell from the h e a t
ing elem en t can appear. It is normal.

Watch the food during cooking and, i f n ec
essary, s tir the products with the plastic
soup ladle (2 2 ) o r spatula (2 3 ). Do n ot use
m e tal objects th at can scratch the non
stick coating o f the bowl (11).
MORE TIPS
«Yogurt» P rogram
- Pour milk and leaven into the cups (25) (see
the recipe book).
Note: Use natural yogurt with minimum shelf-life
free o f additives and coloring agents as a leaven.
You can make leaven by yourself from special
bacteria leaven (you can find it in a drugstore or
in health food stores) following the instructions
attached.
- Place the filled cups (25) without the lids into
the holder (26) and install it into bowl (11).
- Place the bowl (11) into the process chamber,
select the program and set the cooking time
(see “Using o f the m ulticooker” ).
- Cover cups with ready yogurt with lids and put
them into the fridge for several hours to stop
bacteria growth.
- You can add fruits, jam and honey in the ready
natural yogurt.
«Fondue» P rogram
The unit is intended for making cheese fondue.
- You can preliminary marinade meat, shrimps
or fish. Cut the products into small pieces of
equal size.
- Do not use frozen products for making fondue.
- Skewer the shrimps, pieces o f meat, fish or
vegetables.

- After switching the cooking program on, wait
until the cheese is melted.
- Dip the skewered products in the heated cheese.
N ote: S tir the cheese and wine m ixture re g
ularly. Avoid vigorous boiling. I f you n e e d to
decrease the tem perature, switch the cook
ing program o ff and re -s e t the unit.
