At the same time place the outer washers and insert the
pin in the spring ring inside the holders. Insert the split
pin;

Insert the shear pin with smaller diameter into the
lower hole of the wheel holder and in one of the
lower adjustment grooves. Simultaneously insert the
pin in the other spring ring. You must find the best
position to make the operation easier. Insert the split
pin;
While operating the tiller:
1.
Remove the shear pin from the adjustment groove
and pull the wheel up;
2.
Insert the shear pin with smaller diameter into the
lower hole of the wheel holder and in one of the
upper grooves. Insert the split pin;
Handlebar
1.
Place the rubber grip on the Handlebar quick-release
lever
(28);
2.
Loosen the handlebar quick-release lever and
remove the handlebar fixing screw;
3.
Line-up the handlebar holes (12) with the handlebar
stem hole (35);
4.
Insert the handlebar fixing screw in the holes with the
washers placed;
5.
Adjust
the
height
of
the
handlebar
by
tightening/loosening the stem on its fixing point (34);
6.
Tighten the handlebar quick-release lever;
7.
Attach the cable ties (33);
Handlebar clamping teeth
1.
Attach the transmission shift rod (29) to the Shift
knob, placed on the handlebar. Insert the split pin;
2.
Attach the transmission shift rod to the gear lever
(11). Insert the split pin.
Fender guard
1.
Install the fender guard rear support bar on the fixed
farming implements holder. Tighten the fastening
screws with the respective nuts and washers;
2.
Remove the fixing screws;
3.
Install the fender guard side support bar with the flap
facing forward and tighten the screw;
4.
Adjust the fender guards (23) according to the holes
in the support bars. Insert the screws, washers and
lock nuts;
5.
The fender guard with the sticker of the gearbox oil
level, is installed in the Gear lever oil cap side;
