• Always clean sludge thoroughly from tray after use.
• Wash with a clean damp cloth. Do not use a water jet or hose.
• Keep the cutter free from oil and grease and store in dry conditions.
• No regular servicing is required. In the unlikely event of operating difficulty, please contact
Vitrex directly.
• Use the diamond blade with continuous rim for cutting tiles.
• Use the turbo disc to cut: bricks, concrete tiles, flat tiles, roof tiles and thin concrete.
• Visit www.vitrex.com for 200mm replacement blades for this cutter.
ANGLE GUIDE
• The angle guide fits on top of the cutting guide.
• Use the adjusting knob to set the guide to the required angle
(Fig 6).
WATER RESERVOIR
• Fill the reservoir with water to a depth of 20mm.
• Ensure the water level continues to cover the blade whilst
cutting.
• Top up the water level between cuts if required.
CUTTING A MITRE
• Unscrew the round knobs both sides of the machine body to
release the table from the flat position.
• Lift up the left side of the table and use the angle guide
measure to set the table top at the desired position.
• Tighten the round knobs to secure the table in place. (Fig 7)
