Safety Instructions

To use this tool correctly, you must

observe the Safety Regulations, the

Assembly Instructions and the Operation

Instructions contained in this Manual.
All persons who use and service the

machine must be acquainted with this

Manual and must be informed about any

potential hazards.
Children and infirm people must not use

this tool. Children must be supervised at

all times if they are in the area in which

the tool is being used.
It is also imperative that you observe the

accident prevention regulations in force in

your area. The same applies for general

rules of occupational health and safety.
• Take suitable precautions to protect

your eyes, ears, lungs and hands

when operating the Wet Saw.

• Keep children and others away from

the machine whilst in use.

• Only use circular blades with

a continuous rim – DO NOT USE

segmented circular blades, saw blades

or abrasive disks.

• The machine should be used indoors

only, in a clean, dry, well lit area and

on a clutter free, flat work surface.

• Avoid wearing loose clothing, ties,

rings, bracelets or other loose items

which may become caught in the

moving parts. Long hair should also

be tied back or contained.

• Always ensure that all loose tools and

components are removed from the

immediate working area.

• Switch machine off between cuts and

disconnect from mains supply before

carrying out any maintenance,

cleaning or changing the blade.

• Do not leave the saw running

unattended or touch the blade whilst

in motion – always use the blade guard

when cutting.

• Replace damaged blades immediately

and ensure that new blades are fitted

correctly to run in the direction

indicated on the blade.

• Only recommended replacement parts

should be used with this machine

– use of improper accessories could

cause serious injury.

Thermal Overload

Protection

This machine has built-in thermal

overload protection designed to prevent

overheating.
Should the thermal overload protection

trip, ensure that mains power supply and

machine switch are turned off.
Allow the machine to cool down for 10-15

minutes before restarting.
