5.3. Using your conditioner
The conditioner has 3 different cooling power levels to adapt to cooling
requirements and available power.
The selections concern the cooling power supplied by the compressor.
Possible operating modes are:
1 =
Minimum cooling power
A =
Medium cooling power
2 =
Maximum cooling power
When switched on, the conditioner is set to medium cooling power, “A”.
Repeatedly press the button (8) to change cooling power until you select the
required power. Each time that the button is pressed, power passes cyclically to
the next level, with power “
2
” passing to power “
1
”.
5.4. Switching off.
To switch off the conditioner, press and hold down the button (7) for one
second.
5.5. ALARM / ERROR Signal
When the “
Alarm/error
” signal switches on, this means that there is an operating
malfunction caused by a failure or by the occurrence of a critical situation.
The indicator light switching on is accompanied by an error code on the display
(an E followed by a number, e.g. E.001) or by an alarm code (an A followed by a
number, e.g. A.064). In these cases, it is necessary to take note of the message
shown on the display, switch off the system and check the problem following the
indications listed in section 7. PANEL MALFUNCTION SIGNALS.
5.6. Remote control (see Fig. 2)
The conditioner can also be controlled by remote control while sitting or lying
down in the sleeping area or from your seat. The available functions are the
same as those on the control panel and they are selected in the same way.
For the correct use of the remote control, point it so that it is perpendicular to
the panel, taking into account that the maximum distance the remote control
can reach in the best conditions is 3 metres.
The maximum deviation angle, calculated at an operating distance of
approximately one metre, is 30 °
