10. Once the channel of film is under
the spreader bar slit the cut part of
the film using a safety cutter.
11. Film cut showing laminate free

12. Wind the waste film onto the
take-up and tape in place.
NOTE: the waste film feeds under the
bar as above picture.
13. Turn on the take up unit and wind
up the waste film.
14. Feed sheet through and check
the cut out film matches up to the
spine width.
Removing the Flatbook Blade.
1. Place Flatbook onto a flat surface
and remove clear safety cover.
2. To remove blades simply unscrew
fixing.
3. Take out the lock in washer and
blade (place in same order)
