Connecting the Camcorder to a TV / HDTV
The camcorder has an AV/HDMI port to use your larger TV screen
in place of the camcorder’s LCD
screen. On plugging the supplied TV-
out cable to the camcorder’s AV out or HDMI cable to the HDMI
port (HDMI cable purchased separately) and then to the TV/HDTV, the LCD screen turns blank. Use
the camcorder as you would normally to capture and playback photos and videos. The images will
appear on the TV instead of on the LCD screen. The only limitation of using the TV screen is that the
camcorder is connected to the television and is now not portable.
