Cleaning the cooling fins

Check the CO

2

 bottle

Clean the cooling fins with a suita-

ble brush or scrubber. 

WARNING!

The cooling fins are very sharp 

edged! Danger of injury!

WARNING!

 

Never cover up the cooling fins 

or place objects on front of the fins, 

danger of damage to appliance.

Check the fill level of the CO

2

 

bottle

If the pressure display on the 

gauge for the bottle pressure 

A

 is 

indicating the red zone, change 

the bottle (see ‘Replacing CO

2

 

gas bottle’ on page 30).

MAINTENANCE

1. 

Pull the drip tray

out towards you and 

empty it.

2. 

Check the drainage 

function.

3. 

Remove the grille 

from the drip tray

and clean both. 

4. 

Reinstall the grille.

Replace drip tray

Spray the outlet tap

with a disinfectant al-

cohol spray suitable for 

food/beverage contact 

use.

Clean the stainless 

steel surfaces of 

the housing with 

a cleaner suitable 

for stainless steel 

surfaces.

Clean the black 

plastic surfaces of 

the housing with 

a cleaning agent 

suitable for plastic. 

3. 

Clean the con-

trol panel with a 

lint-free cloth and 

a mild cleaning 

agent.  

Rub off with a dry, 

lint-free cloth.

CAUTION

The detergent 

shall not contain any 

acid or other aggres-

sive or abrasive liquid 

or material. Do not 

use cleaning agents 

containing hydrogen 

peroxide.

CAUTION

Please observe 

the manufacturer’s
