OPERATION FOR OTHER INFLATABLES
Take the 12 Volt power cable from the back storage compartment.
Make sure the Inflator Power Button is in the off position.
Start vehicle engine.
Plug inflator lighter plug into vehicle 12 Volt cigarette lighter socket.
Check manufacturer’s recommended pressure specifications for the inflatable.
Take the air hose from the back storage compartment.
Attach the desire adapter into the air hose nozzle. For sport balls use the Inflator Needle adapter.
Insert adapter into the inflatable. Wait about five seconds and the digital gauge will indicate
current inflatable’s
pressure.
Select the desire reading pressure unit (PSI, BAR, kPa, kg/cm2) using the Unit Setting Button and with the
Pressure Setting Buttons set the desire pressure.
Push the Inflator Power Button to turn on inflator.
Once the desire pressure has been reached, the inflator will stop automatically.
Wait a few minutes as air hose and nozzle may be hot. Then, remove air hose nozzle from inflatable, remove
adapter needle from air hose nozzle by turning the adapter needle counterclockwise.
Turn off vehicle.
Unplug inflator from vehicle 12 Volt cigarette lighter socket.
IMPORTANT
: Small items likes volleyballs, footballs, etc. inflate very rapidly. When inflating such items check by feel
or by a reliable measuring device to determine accurate pressure.
LED WORK LIGHT
With the power cable plugged into vehicle 12 Volt cigarette lighter socket.
Press the Work Light Button to turn on the LED light.
Pressing it again will turn off the LED light.
MAINTENACE
This compressor requires no maintenance or lubrication. If the unit gets dirty, gently clean the outer surfaces

SOLUTIONS TO COMMON ISSUES
Issue: The inflator fails to run when the inflator power button is switched to on.
Solution 1: Check that the plug is fully inserted into 12 Volt cigarette lighter socket.
Solution 2: Make sure the vehicle is running. The inflator should be used with the vehicle running.
Solution 2: Check the plug inside the 12V plug and replace if needed.
Issue: 12 Volt power cable gets hot.
Solution 1: Check if the power cable is not coiled up or in a knot or damaged.
Issue: Pressure gauge appears to read incorrectly.
Solution 1: Make certain when you attach the air hose nozzle to the tire stem that the gauge is reading the current tire
pressure before turning on the inflator switch.
Solution 2: Wait 5-7 seconds for gauge to display proper pressure.
Issue: The inflator is running but the tire is not inflating.
Solution 1: Turn off inflator and check that the air hose nozzle is securely attached to the tire valve stem.
