Attach the lids to the battery boxes.
The battery box and battery are heavy. Use caution when lifting
into position or lowering. Assistance is recommended to prevent
personal injury or damage to the battery.

Raise the forward battery box and mount it onto the brackets.
☐
Install the top rear fastener and tighten the other box mount fasteners (Figure 84).

Install the safety cables onto the brackets.

Raise the rear battery box and mount it onto the bracket.
☐
Torque the top rear fastener to specification then install the nut (Figure 85).
