Completing the Installation

Reinstall the driver side headlight.
☐
Reinstall the grille.
☐
Reinstall the radiator cross member cover.
☐
Reinstall the secondary coolant reservoir.
☐
Install inner fender (if previously removed).
Modifying the Degas Hose Network
There are (×2) Tee fittings in the degas hose network that will be
reused. One of the Tee’s has a built-in orifice which dictates its
orientation; this Tee is labeled (Figure 118).

Remove the OEM hose clamps from the (×2) Tee’s and discard.

Disconnect the short hose running between the (×2) Tee’s.
☐
Rotate the passenger side (unlabeled) Tee 90° counter clockwise and reinstall
it onto the 2 hoses. Secure the hoses with the supplied hose clamps (Figure 119,
