Using the hose that previously ran to the OEM degas location, connect the
degas bottle to the spigot marked “DGAS” (Figure 124).

Secure all of the connections with hose clamps.
☐
Reinstall the lower bumper air dam.
☐
Fill both coolant reservoirs with the coolant saved earlier.
☐
Confirm that all OEM hoses and wires that were shifted during install are
secured away from any hot, sharp or moving parts.

Confirm that all VMAC hoses and wires are secured as necessary with cables
ties and/or rubber P-clips to prevent contact with any hot, sharp, or moving
parts.
☐
Remove the protective tape from the ring terminal on the front battery’s
positive cable and insert it into the red cable connection boot (Figure 125).
