SECURITY IN HANDLING, INSTALLING AND USING
7.1
HANDLING
Equipment and/or other systems used to move the machine and/or its components must be
correctly gauged in terms of weight and geometry. The protruding components have to be properly
protected whenever the machine is moved or shifted (visible parts are recommended to be
sheltered. See
picture 2
).
The Pack Smart must be handled by specialised staff only. Anyhow, always comply with current
safety and accident prevention regulation.
7.2
INSTALLING
Transmission parts, like couplings and pulleys, must be safe. Check the seal of air/oil pipes. Apart
from power supply feeding, keep safe solenoid valve electrical cables when installation takes place.
The Pack Smart must be installed by specialised staff only. Anyhow, always comply with current
safety and accident prevention regulation.
7.3
USING
During the use of a Pack Smart,
the manufacturer has to arrange
protection as to overheating, pressure
increase, power overcharge (see the
recommended sensor and safety valve
position in
picture 12
).
The seat of temperature sensor is
designed for a sensor with dimensions
shown in
picture 13
.
