Reducing the starting torque
The starting torque can be reduced by installing thinner wear plates.
Please note: increasing the gaps between lobes and wear plates reduces the volumetric efficiency.

Increasing gaps
+ 1 mm
On gearbox side and cover side:
Replace the wear plates PFL0151 (11.5 mm) with PFL0237 (10.5 mm)
Increasing gaps
+ 0.3 mm
On gearbox side and cover side:
Replace the wear plates PFL0151 (11.5 mm) with PFL0236 (11.2 mm)
