the warning signs. Stop work, tell your employer, and consult a physician.
Breaks from work
When taking breaks from work, remember the following points:
Lay the compressed air device down in such a way that the rammer
cannot be activated unintentionally from the trigger lever.
Make sure that the compressed air device is lying or standing securely
and cannot tip or fall over.
If there are any sharp or pointed tools inside the compressed air de-
vice, make sure that nobody can injure themselves on them. Put the
blade protection back onto Frankenklinge, cutting, or cross blades as
well as the protection for the injection tube.
Ending work
After ending work, remember the following points:
Always disconnect the compressed air supply.
Remove the tool from the compressed air device (see Chapter 5.1).
Check whether the tool holder is covered with a film of oil. If not, drop
a few drops of VOGT Special Oil Z 500 into the connecting hose and op-
erate the compressed air device without a tool for about ten seconds.
The compressed air will push the oil into the rammer. Adjust the oiler
accordingly.
Putting into storage
If putting the device into storage for more than two days, drop a few drops
of oil into the connecting hose to preserve it and operate the device brief-
ly. The compressed air will push the oil into the rammer.
Operating the VOGT Hammer / TurboSpade
1. Place the tool on the workpiece to be worked.
2. Use your hand to operate the trigger lever. It must never be locked in
