Limited Warranty: USA and Canada
This Limited Warranty applies to VoIP hardware products sold within the borders of the United States of America and
Canada. This Limited Warranty is extended by VoIP, Inc. (VoIP) only to the original end user purchaser of the
accompanying VoIP hardware product ("Product").
Warranty Coverage
: This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, for a period of one year from date of
purchase, under normal and intended use and service, in the accompanying Product. This Warranty also covers any
failure of the Product to perform substantially in accordance with the description in the documentation accompanying the
Product, as distributed in the United States and Canada. This Warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied
warranties which might otherwise arise with respect to the Product.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VoIP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT SET FORTH
HEREIN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Warranty Exclusions
: The user is solely responsible for any failure of the Product which results from accident, abuse,
misapplication, alteration, acts of God, or use of the Product outside of the borders of the United States or Canada. VoIP
assumes no liability arising from the use of any technical information accompanying the Product. This Warranty applies
only to VoIP Products, and does not cover any other products, including any third party products, which may be included
with the user's purchase of the Product. This warranty grants privileges to the original purchasing end user only, and
does not extend to any other person(s) installing or using the Product in any way during the warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
: To the full extent allowed by law, VoIP also excludes for itself and its suppliers any liability,
whether based in contract or tort (including negligence), for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive
damages of any kind, or for loss of revenue and/ or profits, loss of business, loss of information and / or data, or other
financial or other loss arising from or in connection with the sale, installation, maintenance, use, performance, failure, or
interruption of its Products, even if VoIP or its authorized reseller has been advised of the possibility of such damages,
and limits liability to repair, replacement, or refund of VoIP Product only. VoIP and end user agree that the price offered
to the end user for the Product is a consideration in limiting VoIP's liability as provided in this Limited Product Warranty.
Accordingly, end user agrees that the remedy provided by VoIP under this warranty
adequately protects end user's
interests and expectations in the event the end user receives defective Product from VoIP
