5.4.
VOIP
This page contains details required for logging into a SIP server. It is strongly
recommended to define PRONTO server as the main SIP server (a secondary SIP server
can be specified in the Advance
VOIP page). If the V-IP400 telephone doesn’t login
into a SIP server, the user will not be able to use any V-IP400 features (including dialling
and receiving phone calls).
Before proceeding, you need to create a new user (that will be used to connect the IP
phone) in PRONTO server. Furthermore, you will need to enable all UDP traffic on port
5060 on the network firewalls. After this, you can enter all the details corresponding to the
new user you have just created in this window:

SIP username (the username of the
Pronto user).
