Ring Volume
Here you can set the audio level of the ring-tone.
Handdown Time
Here you can set the timeout used to determine when a call is
ended and when a call is put on hold (‘flash’).
Furthermore, following the syntax below you can assign a ring-tone to any number or
group of numbers.
Here you can either assign a ring-tone to a single number or use the syntax explained in
section 6.5.1 - to enter group of numbers that use the same ring-tone.
To remove any of the rules you can select it from the drop-down menu and press
Delete
.

Memory Key Settings (Memory Key)
In the
Memory Key
section you can assign extension numbers to the V-IP400P memory
keys.
When the phone is connected to its V-IP400E memory extension, this section will list 20
additional memory keys.
NOTE
Once the memory keys have been configured, you need to save the
new settings and reboot the telephone.

Configuration Management (Config Manage)
In this section you can either save all settings (
Save Config
) or revert back to the default
settings (
Clear Config
). All saved settings are retrieved when the phone is switched on.
