11- Do not start your vehicle motion until the pressure in the brake system reaches
9.0 bar, in the both reservoirs (red hand and white hand of the manometer).
12- Accustom youself to observe the panel indicators showing the engine
temperature, oil pressue, etc. frequently.
13- Do not hold the steering wheel in the extreme positions (left and right end
positions). That will cause heating of the steering system, premature wear and
possible damages of the steering hydraulic components.
14- If the effor t, necessary for steering, changes during the vehicle’s
motion, consult a Volare Representative to perform inspection of the steering
system.
IMPORTANT: In case of hydraulic failure, it will be possible to turn
the wheels, but it will need a greater effort. In this case, keep an edequate
speed.
15- If the vehicle in motion suffers a bump running into a road, and it
provoked an impact or collision of the guides, before driving on, it is
required to perform an inspection of all the suspension, tyres, brake and
steering systems.
16- Always use the recommended tyres. If the wheels would be bigger on one
side than on the other In the rear axle, besides the loss of vehicle’s stability,
the differencial gear may be danificated.
17- Swamps or areas covered with water: in these situations be careful. Do
not speed up the engine accessively, and do not perform abrupt maneuvers.
Such attitudes may lead to a rapid loss of control.
18- If the transmission components submerded into water, the oil needs to be
checked and changed, if necessary.
19- In case of slowingdown with wet brake, the efficiency of the brake system
is affected.
IMPORTANT: Use adequate speed, considering this aspect.
20- On long descents do not use continuously the brake.. Use the engine brake
as long as possible, reducing the gears.
NOTE Excessive use of the brake leads to the system superheating,
reducing the operation life and efficiency.
IMPORTANT: More dangerous is driving through the puddles with
superheated brake. It may cause irreparable damages, such as cracking of the
brake drums.
21- Always use a speed compatible with security and with the traffic regulation
for the road you drive.
22- Never exceed the maximum TGW (total gross weight) load capacity, that is,
v cargo (see the TGW per model).
ATTENTION: When these values are exceeded, the security conditions
and control of the vehicle are seriously endangered.
