forcing the engine and transmission, provoke a premature wear of the coupling
clutch.
2- Do not rest your foot on the clutch pedal. Such procedure causes wear of
the bearing the clutch collar.
3- Never use the clutch to slowdown the vehicle on ascents.
4- Avoid abrupt accelerations, especially when the engine does not reach the
operating temperature yet.
5- Do not keep the starting motor activated contuously for more than 10 seconds.
Wait 30 seconds before activating it again, permitting the battery re-set and the
starting motor not to suffer superheating.
6- If the engine does not function after some attempts, stop trying: check if there
is a problem, if not, contact with the nearest Volare Representative
7- To start the vehicle, it is imperative that the batteries would be in a perfect
state, if not, your vehicle will not start becaue of supplied low-tention, that is
why do not bother yourself pushing it.
8- Never activate the ignition with the operating engine. The starting motor will
be affected.
9- Never try to activate the engine by the means different from the normal.
Activate only by means of the contact switch.
IMPORTANT: Setting the starting switch from position 2 to 3, the
indicator light starts glowing for a system test. It stays glowing for about 5
seconds and then stops glowing. If does not stop glowing, it means that the
system has detected a failure, find out the failure and contact the nearest Volare
Representative.
10 - Never perform direct connection in the starting motor to put the engine into
function.
11- The engine is equipped with an injection system managed electronnicaly.
Therefore, it is not recommended press the accelerator pedal during the starting.
12- Avoid the engine starting swinging the vehicle.
13- Every time when the starting switch is set in the switch on position, the panel
of instruments executes a function of autodiagnostics and checks its components
states. Remember that the warning/indicator lights should start glowing when the
starting switch is activated. However, after the starting they should stop glowing.
If not, switch off the engine and find out the cause.
IMPORTANT:
Starting at low temperatures – close to or below 0°C.
Depending on cold intensity, it may be convenient to use an less-viscosity oil in
the engine. Generally, the multiviscose SAE15W 40 oil is suiChart in all situations
and meets all the demands.
