c) Switch off all the vehicle’s electric accessories that are not required to be
switched on.
d) Activate the starting switch, setting it in position 3 – starting.

Starting the Vehicle
Perform the engine starting, 1 minute later (if the engine is cold, according to the
abovementioned instructions) the vehicle may start its moving.
NOTE: If the engine is cold, it is possible to start movement, however,
without putting it to extreme rotation or load conditions.
a) Release the parking brake;
b) Set the speed-selector lever in position 1 or 2 depending on the conditions;
c) Press gradually the accelerator pedal to obtain correct acceleration and
speed;
d) Operate the automatic gearbox;
Parking the Vehicle
a) Reduce the vehicle’s speed;
b) Find a safe place where it is permitted to park;
c) Declutch the gearbox and immobilize the vehicle by means of the service
brake;
d) Activate the parking brake;
e) Switch off the engine;

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Oil Temperature Light (Automatic Gearbox)
It indicates that the oil in the transmission is at abnormal temperature,
what may cause a defect in the system. Stop your vehicle immediately
and leave the engine in low gear until the temperature becomes
normal. If this procedure does not resolve the problem, get in touch with the
nearest distributor.
Transmission Failure Light (Automatic Gearbox)
This light starts glowing when the Transmission Control Module
(TCM) finds out a failure in the gearbox system. Stop the vehicle
immediately and contact with the nearest distributer.
Inhibit Gear Indicator Light
This light starts glowing when na incorrect gear chang occurs, such
as changing from D to R while the vehicle is in motion.
