Hot Dog Roller Grills Operator’s Manual
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using the equipment it must be thoroughly cleaned and burned-
in.
Clean the Hot Dog Roller
See the Cleaning section of this manual.
Burn-in the Hot Dog Roller
1. Rotate the heat control knob to the maximum setting.
2. Allow the rollers to heat for 30 minutes. Smoke may appear due to
the heating elements burning-in. This is normal.
3. After the 30 minute burn-in period the equipment is ready for use.
FEATURES AND CONTROLS
OPERATION
1. If using a breath guard set it into place. Orientate so the door side
faces the operator.
2. Set the drip tray in place.
3. Switch the power switch to the ON position. The switch will
illuminate.
4. Rotate the heat control knob to the desired setting. The pilot light
will illuminate to indicate the equipment is heating.
5. Preheat for 15 minutes. When the equipment reaches the heat
setting, the pilot light will turn off.
6. Set precooked food onto the rollers. Monitor the temperature of the
food.
NOTICE: Monitor food temperature closely for food safety. The
United States Public Health Service recommends that hot
food be held at a minimum of 140 ºF (60 ºC) to help
prevent bacteria growth.
7. When finished using the equipment, rotate the heat control knob to
the lowest setting and move the power switch to the OFF position.
8. Remove the food product and discard or properly store as guided by
the instructions of the food product manufacturer.
9. Clean after each use. See the Cleaning section in this manual

Power Switch.
Switches power to the rollers and the elements
ON or OFF. Illuminates when the switch is in ON position

Heat Control Knob.
Used to set or adjust the heat of the
elements.

Pilot Light.
This light indicates the rollers are heating. This is
not a power indicator light.

Rollers.
Rotate the food product.

Drip Tray.
Collects the drippings.
