Explanation of symbols

The lightning symbol inside an equilateral triangle is intended to warn of the risk of mortal electric shock or the
impairment of the device’s electric safety. Never open the device!

An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates important instructions in the operating manual. Carefully read the
whole operating manual before putting the device into operation. It contains important information about correct
operation of the device.

The device must be operated in enclosed and dry rooms only.

Earth symbol

The device contains non-short-circuit-proof isolating transformer.

This equipment is tested. It complies with the EMC directive 89/336EEC and the low voltage directive 73/23/
EEC.

Safety Instructions and Hazard Warnings

We do not assume liability for resultant damages to property, or personal injury if the product has been

abused in any way or damaged by improper use or failure to observe these operating instructions. In
addition, any unauthorized modifications, or repairs of the device will render the warranty null and void!

Unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product are inadmissible due to safety and approval reasons (CE).
The device has been designed and manufactured in accordance with protective class I. It is suitable for connection to an
earthed 230VAC mains socket. Make sure the conductive earth wire is not broken, disconnected, removed or interrupted
as this can pose a serious threat to life in the event of malfunction.
The device must only be operated in dry, indoor spaces.
Take precautions to make sure that the insulation of the entire product, the safety sockets, connected cables and mains
cables are neither damaged nor destroyed.
Use connecting cables of sufficient dimension and proper insulation.
Always use fuses of the specified type and rating. It is impermissible to use repaired fuses!
Never operate the device without supervision while loads are connected.
Ensure to protect connected loads from the effects of operational disturbance as well as overvoltages.
Do not use the power supply as a direct or indirect charging device.
Voltages (> 35V DC) will be produced when the outputs of several power supplies are connected in series, which are
hazardous to the touch. They may be lethal under unfavourable conditions.

Gebruik volgens voorschrift

Het product dient voor de stroomvoorziening van kleinverbruikers. Verbruikers worden via de uitgangsbussen aan de voorkant
van het apparaat aangesloten. Het stroomverbruik van een aangesloten elektrische last mag de aangegeven amperage van
de betreffende uitgang van het netvoedingsapparaat niet overschrijden. Alle stroomuitgangen kunnen onafhankelijk van
elkaar benut worden. De schakelnetvoeding voldoet aan de eisen van veiligheidsklasse 1. Dit apparaat is alleen toegelaten
voor de aansluiting aan veiligheidsstopcontacten met randaarding en een in huishoudens gebruikelijke wisselspanning van
230V~ / 50Hz. Gebruik onder ongunstige omgevingscondities is niet toegestaan. Ongunstige omgevingscondities zijn

– natheid of te hoge luchtvochtigheid.
– stof en brandbare gassen, dampen of oplosmiddelen.
– onweer of onweerachtige omstandigheden (sterke elektrostatische velden moeten algemeen vermeden worden).

Ander gebruik dan hierboven beschreven is verboden en kan zowel het apparaat als de leiding beschadigen, wat met risico’s
zoals kortsluiting, brand, elektrische schok enz. verbonden is. Het hele product mag niet veranderd of omgebouwd worden.
De veiligheidsaanwijzingen in deze bedieningshandleiding moeten beslist opgevolgd worden! U wordt verzocht om ze voor
later gebruik te bewaren.
Wij wijzen iedere aansprakelijkheid voor beschadigingen en letsels af die voortvloeien uit misbruik, een functionele storing
of ondeskundige behandeling van het product. In deze gevallen vervalt de garantie! Een driehoek met een uitroepteken wijst
op belangrijke aanwijzingen in de bedieningshandleiding, die in ieder geval opgevolgd moeten worden. Vóór inbedrijfstelling
van het product moet de hele bedieningshandleiding zorgvuldig doorgelezen worden. Ze bevat belangrijke informatie over de
correcte bediening van het apparaat.
